Additional Building Services Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in all scopes of Residential building works, Commercial shop fitouts and general commercial building works. Established by the director, Carmelo Pesce in 1989. In the last 30 years we have strived for and delivered project management, fitouts of the highest quality and building maintenance to meet our clients requirements. We pride ourselves on being able to adapt to our clients needs and circumstances, with minimal disruptions to their business to deliver a quality finished product on budget and on time, every time.

We cater to a large commercial sector Australia wide, including commercial offices, retails outlets, cafes and restaurants, warehouses and factories, with typical works ranging from fitouts, make goods, preventative building maintenance, major rectification works, insurance works, roofing replacement and repairs.

Our company operates from a modern premises equipped with the latest technology and machinery and highly skilled tradesman and administrative support staff to cater for all our clients needs.

We are located at Caringbah south of Sydney, conveniently located to the CBD of Sydney, however we carry out business all over Australia for our clients.

We have proudly undertaken retail outfits for many well know brands such as King Living, Blue Illusion, Eckersleys Art & Craft and Town and Country Living (which is now Coco Republic). We have also completed fitouts for real estate agents, hairdressing salons and cafes.

ADDITIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Additional Building Services will co-ordinate the entire project including shopfront, ceiling, electrical, fire safety, air conditioning, plumbing, floor covering, signage and all administrative support needed in accordance with the design specification.

Skilled and dedicated tradesman and contractors work as a team to deliver quality projects and products that maintain design integrity and client requirements, at all times our co-ordinator is your one point of contact, always contactable this contact will be your go to person for all information and project information required. The project manager prides himself on keeping you informed at all times of the progress of the works, ensuring that you are involved in the project as required.
ADDITIONAL RESIDENTIAL
We also provide total building, renovation and maintenance solutions to the greater Sydney area. Our services include a wide range from minor repairs and rectification works through to renovations, extensions, extensive rectification works and new developments.
